Ty has managed our 20-acre property for years and I came to rely on her completely. She keeps the buildings in order, walks the land regularly to catch problems early, coordinates vendors for fire clearance and tree work, and handles the kind of things that are easy to forget until they become expensive. Propane deliveries, oil changes on the equipment, HOA meetings, neighbor coordination.

She documents everything and reports back clearly. When something needs fixing she either fixes it herself or finds the right person and manages the work. I've never had to follow up twice. She's also wonderful with our cats, which matters more than people might expect they're particular animals and she understands them.

Ty came on as Technical Director in 2007 and stayed for years and in that time, I genuinely don't know what we would have done without her. She handled everything. Security systems, IT infrastructure across both venues, electrical, carpentry, equipment maintenance, fire inspections. She trained incoming staff, co-produced shows, did lighting and sound design, managed vendors, kept the website running, handled marketing and ticket sales. She was on call around the clock and I can't count the number of times she came in late at night after a show to deal with something the rest of us couldn't handle.

What made Ty different wasn't just the range of what she could do it was that she cared about the space the way an owner cares. She noticed things. She fixed problems before they became emergencies. Our Story

Estate Care California was built around a simple premise: the people who own exceptional homes deserve someone who actually understands them.

That requires more than reliability. It requires knowing how a house works, mechanically, structurally, logistically, and having the experience to handle whatever comes up without escalating every decision to the owner. Our background covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, security systems, IT infrastructure, emergency response, and medical environments. We have owned and operated complex facilities under pressure. We know what it means when something is about to fail, and know how to handle it when it does.

We take a limited number of clients at any one time, deliberately. The work requires full attention, and full attention requires limits. We are selective about the properties we work with, and we expect clients to be equally selective about us. The right engagement is one where there is genuine fit on both sides.
